IXB-050 Mono

• The IXB-050 R & L  ‘Mono’ grip phantom hands have been formed from a standard open palm hand whose dimensions have been based on a number of studies of human hands.

• They are specified  by the CTIA  to be used for ‘Talk Mode’ testing of hand held devices having  a width less than 52mm.

• The IXB-050 hands are supplied with a IXBS-050 spacer and mounting bosses to fit mounting fixture IXBH-06x.

IXB-051 Fold

• The IXB-051 R & L ‘Fold’ grip phantom hands have been formed from a standard open palm hand whose dimensions have been based on a number of studies of human hands.

• They are specified  by the CTIA  to be used for testing  hand held ‘clam’ or hinged  devices. The IXB-051 hands are used for ‘Talk’ mode testing  and are supplied with a IXBS-051 spacer and a mounting boss to fit fixture IXBH-6x .

IXB-052 Data

• The IXB-052 R & L  ‘Data’ grip phantom hands have been formed from a standard open palm hand whose dimensions have been based on a number of studies of human hands.

• They are specified  by the CTIA  to be used for free space testing  hand held devices having  a width less than 52mm. The IXB-052 hands can be used for free space/ ‘Data ‘ mode testing  and are supplied with a IXBS-052 spacer and  mounting bosses to fit free space mounting fixture IXBH-09x.

IXB-053 PDA

• The IXB-053 R & L  ‘PDA’ grip phantom hands have been formed from a standard open palm hand whose dimensions have been based on a number of studies of human hands.

• They are specified  by the CTIA  to be used for ‘Talk Mode’ and ‘Data Mode testing of hand held devices having  a width greater than 52mm and less than 72mm. The IXB-053 hands are supplied with a IXBS-053 spacer and mounting bosses to fit mounting fixtures IXBH-06x and IXBH-09x.

No other parts or accessories will be included unless otherwise mentioned in the sales notification.

 Payment

Full payment is due within 3 business days from sale unless separately agreed otherwise in advance.

Please note that all prices are VAT (tax) excluded and EXW Finland office (EXW = Ex Works).

In case you are:

- A private purchaser / consumer inside EU, please note that VAT (tax) will be added to the total price. Tax rate (%) is determined by the destination country, same as given in the delivery address.

- A business buyer inside EU (except Finnish companies), please provide us your valid VAT number and the price stays the same (no VAT added)

- Outside European Community VAT is not applied

- Finnish companies & private consumer tax (VAT 24%) will be added to the price

Shipping and Handling

International shipping is available!

All items are packaged with care to ensure full protection during transit.

We ship packages with Fedex and freight with TNT unless requested otherwise.

Letters can be selected to shipped with either standard postal services (no insurance nor tracking code) or with courier services (includes the insurance and tracking code).

Most items are Shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. GMT+2  Friday will ship the following Monday

Please note that the goods are sold “as is, where is” basis, EXW Raisio, Finland (Incoterms 2010), if not mentioned otherwise.

Buyer is responsible for taxes, duties and other possible import charges.

Warranty and Returns

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.

If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.
